I am seeking support in dealing with depression & anxiety. Isolation & withdrawal don't help, and have been related problems for me: especially since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. A day or so ago, I saw a post by Kirstie Alley that really spoke to me. She said that as she gets older, she has things to say; and it's nice to know someone is listening. I thought: hey man that may apply to you too! So here I am. I'm glad for everyone who is here and am very glad that there's a safe place like this for sharing. Thanks!
