How do yall control yourself when you have a mental breakdown?

I hear songs that make me happy or i jam to 80s and 90s music 😊 also having a weighted blanket helps a lot
Scary but comments about a weighted blanket makes me feel safe
Ice pack for racing heart / panic attacks / crying uncontrollably. Also, Meditation has helped me a ton. You can become an observer of your emotions instead of them controlling you.
I've been meditating mostly. But when it comes on, it's the last thing on my mind. What i've been told to try is actually kind of funny; a small set of LEGOs. It forces your brain to focus on what pieces are meant to go where, and when you're done, you feel a little bit better and have a physical thing you've spent time on to make that you can display and remind yourself you're bigger than the "breakdown".
