I’ve had heart flutters about 3 times today and heir working me up I’ve had a monitor fitted and I can’t understand these is it serious?? Sves?? Is that eptopic beat or something else

Just don't panic and call your doctor if you get overwhelmingly worried. However that happens to me really often and nothing ever happens.

Hello sorry to hear you’re having a tough time and it’s making you feel worked up I understand how you are feeling! I have bad anxiety and get palpitations and chest, rib, back and shoulder pain! Try not to worry, super-ventricular ectopics and harmless beats. Ectopic beats are another word for palpitations and these are usually harmless I have a great doctor, who explained to me, everyone has palpitations and ectopic beats, pretty much every day! However, some people can feel them more than others can. When we can feel them, they do feel worrisome. I’m not on a very mild form of beta blocker (although my heart is healthy) it’s really helped calm my palpitations and anxiety. Hope you feel better soon

Awww thank you. Made me feel better and I was on propanol 80mg but I stopped taking them over a year ago now and it’s just sometimes I can have none for months and then all off a sudden their they are again for no reason at all x

It’s the same with me! I was on the same tablets and stopped taking them too! I regret it now so I’m going back on them! I can go ages, then I get stressed and they come back! Always coming back a few weeks after I’ve been stressed though, it’s odd x
