Recently, no matter what position I sit in or if I’m holding something or falling asleep, I can hear or feel my pulse and heart rate in various parts of my body. I’ve had a couple anxiety problems recently where my heart rate is elevated, but even if my rate is in the 60s or 70s it feels like the pulse is banging away loudly if that makes any sense
Just wondering if my brain is becoming too focused on my heart rate?

Thank you 😊 I’ll see if it’s on kindle 👍
My heart races and pounds if I take too much levothyroxine for my hypothyroidism. Maybe you could be hyperthyroid.

I did go to minor injuries this Wednesday night to get checked out at HR was around 100 all day but ECG was fine. I’m only on medication for Asthma and blood pressure at the moment. But have been stressed with work and worry recently. Doctor said I need to take up Yoga
Yes!! All day Saturday. I can hear it in my ears right now but not as loud. So annoying. I had a hard time sleeping too on Friday night. I thought I might have had too much caffeine on Friday night. Today I realized I haven’t taken my meds since Thursday!! Duh!
