Take some deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth, when you do this it slows down your thoughts or fears.

Hello again I've had a better day today thankyou managed to sleep last night unlike the night before where I had 0 hours sleep so that might have had something to do with it! Do you sleep ok? Hope your feeling better

Hi, its okay to feel bad after experiencing a really bad panic attack. Panic attacks, especially those heavy ones, are emotionally exhausting and its normal that you feel low even after it stops. For me, it was always taking the rest of the day off, avoid crowded places, snuggling up under a blanket with a cup of tea and a good tv show with some lighter topic or a one I've already seen and loved. Talking to a someone close, even if its just on the phone helps a lot too. It helps you get present and ground your thoughts.

I know you posted this a while ago, but it might come in handy in the future, hope you won't need it, but just in case )

It’s totally normal to feel bad. For me, it depends on how generally anxious I had been before it. If it’s been a really “generalised anxiety” time leading up to it, it’s taken me up to 3 days before.
