So this may be a dumb question but I’m genuinely asking.
I’m wondering how to stop being afraid of fear, so for example; when I do have a sudden panic attack or what have you, what may trigger another is me being afraid of having to go through another which I usually end up doing because I’m then thinking about it.
Any advice?

Think about the good things, like think about the good times you have spend with your loved ones . This will make you feel better and also will distract you from the fear of getting another panic attack.
I’ll definitely try practicing that more. I find it hard sometimes because with my ADHD/ADD my thoughts bounce around a lot and sometimes the fear is a lot louder than what I’m trying to tell myself if that makes any sense. But I’ll definitely give it a go! Thanks
Gilded, try to keep a journal or something of what triggers the attack. There can be so many. Being out around people (one of mine) something someone says, something that happens, even something that happens in a tv show. Write them down, find a common denominator and start from there. I learned about triggers while I was hospitalized and it has helped me minimize the attacks since I try to avoid them now. Only my advice.
