Hi, Everyone!

This is my first post. I am a new mom and a teacher. I just returned to the classroom from maternity. Leaving my son and teaching during a pandemic is such a struggle.

I am also a teacher. During the summer, I went to students homes to help them with their work. I haven't had anytime off yet. I am 54 and hold class with students face to face and use zoom. I would say keep sending in messages here. Missing your son is natural and difficult. My support goes out to you

There need to be more teachers like you! I am currently just teaching the virtual students for our grade. I can't imagine having to do both! Just know that you are a rock star and we will eventually get through this.
