Losing my grip

I haven't been on here in a really long time but I'm having some real problems. I have schizoaffective and tardive dyskinesia and my mood swings+physical symptoms are driving me insane. I get really worked up and then can't be brought back down no matter what I do. My restlessness and movements make me look and act crazy and it frustrates people (mostly my wife). I am at wits end and hysterically upset. Any advice would be so very helpful.
