My heart is thumping out of my chest and I'm freaking out it feels like my ears are ringing but they aren't. My belly has been hurting now I'm freaking out thinking that's why my heart is thumping I don't wanna die

That sounds so like me all I can think about is death and it doesn’t help that I sometimes have to enter date of death in the system at work. Even when I gets sick and make it even worse because I’m worried to death about dying
