Sorry for my depressing posts! I am okay! I am just having a rough week so far and it’s not helping my mind any, but I did yoga and a long meditation and I’m feeling okay right now

Yes but very temporarily haha as soon as I start moving at a normal pace again my thoughts come flooding back...

I am not as consistent as I should be so that would probably make a difference

Yes, consistency is important. The catch-22 is not feeing well enough to exercise knowing exercise will make you feel better.

I’m glad you’re ok. Thanks to my notifications I saw your post-it made me remember that there are ppl here that are genuinely and sincerely concerned about others.

So I’m going to check in as well...we help others even when we feel we can’t help ourselves. Gracias!🌻😊

Isn’t it amazing how exercise is like taking a pill? It’s not so long lasting maybe but it always make me calm down. How long have you been meditating? I am just a baby meditator.

I have been meditating daily for about a year now, but I am much less consistent with yoga (requires more effort... lol). The more I do it the better it feels but, like exercising, results are pretty temporary for me. :(
