Yes but very temporarily haha as soon as I start moving at a normal pace again my thoughts come flooding back...

I’m glad you’re ok. Thanks to my notifications I saw your post-it made me remember that there are ppl here that are genuinely and sincerely concerned about others.

Isn’t it amazing how exercise is like taking a pill? It’s not so long lasting maybe but it always make me calm down. How long have you been meditating? I am just a baby meditator.
I have been meditating daily for about a year now, but I am much less consistent with yoga (requires more effort... lol). The more I do it the better it feels but, like exercising, results are pretty temporary for me.
