Hi everyone, so I have been experiencing fatigue, around my neck, shoulders, shoulder lack, lower back. I constantly feel like my body is constantly tense and I need to breath. It's gets to a point whereby I complain about being exhausted all the time. Sometimes I will be going you know - getting my work done which I love but even then I can't do it with my fullest capacity cause I experience overthinking, then no motivation, I'm also forgetful, and sometimes I can't pronounce words that I know how to pronounce. Do these symptoms sound familiar to, anyone?

I also can't afford healthcare because it's expensive, so it's taken longer to get myself checked out, as sometimes when I freelance inget money but it's never consistent.

I am based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Try something for me. Go into your bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror. Take a minute and then take a deep breath and just completely relax. I can almost guarantee that you will see your shoulders drop a good inch or more!! That is where we hold our tension which will call pain in the shoulders and can also travel down the back. Let me know if it makes a difference. It's hard to be aware we are carrying all of our tension in our shoulders that almost reach our neck!!
