Ok. Anxiety seems to be impossible to be tamed or harnessed, right? Wrong! For some of us, it seems like a very intimate enemy that, from time to time, rears its ugly face and scares the hell out of us.
But I have some advice for you: be attentive to the triggers. To the things that lead you to such a bad and uncomfortable feeling. And while you'regoing through a bout of anxiety, try to defy its impulses and turn on your thinking cap to investigate what are the roots of it. Some may be related to overwhelming situations that were real at the time but aren't anymore and you have been kept hostage to it even without being aware of it. Be clever, dig deeper sometimes. The rewards can be peace of mind.
