You are going to learn to trust your heart and to embrace all your flaws and scars
No matter how dark things may seem
You’re going to find the strength inside you to rise
It’s okay if you don’t feel that strength right now, but it is there in you.
Believe in yourself.

The sword is still in hand...just lowered....you haven’t dropped it yet and you never will. Take a breath while you need...them pick that f@cker back up off the ground and start slashing!
Swords out we got this!!!!
We will not spend everyday cowering in fear!

We got this y’all! I’m sure I’ll be a mess in a few days or weeks again and will need fellow warriors to drag my ass out of a hole too!
But for today I’m swinging that sword like a bastard!
Oh I'm so sorry, hon. I got busy so I'm just responding now, but I'm here now. Let it out, sweetheart. If that means talking about it that's fine; if that means crying that's fine too.
Well, I wish I could say I'm doing better than I really am. I'm seriously considering starting to see a psychologist that my mom knows about in my area. I think it would really help me but gosh, she wants so much money to see her. I think I'm going to do it though, it would probably just be twice a month. I think I really need the help.
If it helps it’s worth it. It’s kinda of like a double edged sword. On one hand its pricey and you are not feeling well and going through a very tough time but on the other hand it would benefit you. You could come out feeling better and wanting to do more in life than just being there and not well. Depression and anxiety are and can really bring you down into the pit where you feel like you fell in a hole of darkness. I’d rather see you where there is light. Hope you feel better soon
