Mania symptoms

The weather just became nice. And I’m noticing some manic symptoms. Can anyone relate?

I am not bipolar, but I think it is interesting what you are asking. So you think their is a correlation between the weather getting warmer and it triggering a manic episode? It makes sense considering the longer exposure to sunlight maybe?

I think maybe so. Well for me the winter can bring depression on so it could just be the depression lifting but I’m really not myself.

I kind of can but do not thing I’m truly bipolar. But I have a marked increase in energy. It is more likely I have SAD but yes I’m a little too “up” right now. I can sort of see how true bipolar people do not want to take their meds.

I'm a victim of GAD and SAD as well but have noticed a "manic" type feeling. I know I'm borderline personality but not bipolar. Then I noticed that I had not taken my meds recently so that may be it. I'll find out soon, just took them. Maybe it's the music I'm blasting that's keeping me activated. Terry Kath and Chicago just makes me move. Guess I should turn it off and watch the animated log burning in the fireplace video channel. Not really any energy burned doing that.
