Burning chest and arms?

I haven’t been on here for awhile as I’ve been trying to distract myself and not read too many posts that could tigger me. I’ve developed what I think is a new anxiety symptom recently - has any else ever experienced bad burning sensation in their chest and arms? I suffer with IBS and it’s usually when I get bad stomach cramps, at first I thought it was my body getting ready to vomit but never have. It’s really warm as it’s only my chest and arms that are on fire, but I also feel cold everywhere else. Has anyone experienced this??

I have acid reflux ibs c mines been bad awhile yes it might be inflammation in your body right now it’s awful feeling so try to eat well calm yourself it can last quite awhile or settle in a few days. .

Start taking some antacids and no dairy no heavy foods white meat nothing gas forming. I have it so bad I can barely walk right now. I’m stressed was set off by meds and stress. It can get really bad so be sure to be very careful no oil no junk food. I ate some chips last night I literally bawl can take a long time to recover from so be healthy lol
