Has anybody been prescribed buspirone? After a PA prescribed me this I was surprised when my mother picked up my prescription for two medications rather than the one we had discussed. I recieved no phone call about the new added medication and after looking up this sertraline that was added along with the buspirone I read that these two drugs should never be taken together at the same time as one another. I called Sutter to see if it had been added to my charts and there was only the buspirone and no record of the sertraline which indeed had been added by the same PA.
Should I file a lawsuit?
Please help!

well i take the two together and personally they help me out really well, A, and B, even if you did file a law suit, do you think you'd be taken seriously or that it would go to court?
I understand your shock and irritation. The key to a lawsuit is having been damaged or injured by something. Have you been injured or damaged? If not, then the likelihood of a successful lawsuit isn't very good. I would probably talk to my doctor and not the PA and discuss the entire situation with them.
