I am full of obsessive and anxiety thoughts. The best thing I found to do is take a walk, change your environment. Nature walks work for me because then I am mindful of my surroundings. Any kind of physical exertion. Question yourself is this thought real or am I imagining it as real? Listen to meditation music and think loving thoughts of yourself.🤗 When getting anxious you are fighting with your thoughts...bring that thought out in the open, write it down... cognitive therapy. Then write a more positive way of looking at it.
I use all these methods intermittently daily. I hope some of these ideas help. Don't put yourself down for having anxious thoughts because that just makes it worse. Love and accept yourself.
