I've been taking new anxiety meds (buspirone HCL) that have been helping me to not have as many panic attacks that used to be frequent but now instead when I would normally start freaking out I end up with a migraine and throwing up, completely out of commission. Has anyone had this? Do I need to switch meds? Is there something else I should try? Thank you 💛

I don't take meds so I can't help you with that. But I do get migraines after a panic attack a lot only thing I can do is power through or sleep til it goes away. Sorry you have to deal with that.
