Yes I feel most people on site here feels a break would be nice away from the hassle and concerns we are suffering at this time. I was all booked for a Holiday before this virus so we had to cancel all the travel and board arrangements and that is where we are now still
Can you explain what is going on to make you feel the way you do, Have you talked to your Doctor regards how you feel ??

Hello. Yes life is standing still. And I'm overwhelmed because of my health, mentally and physically plus everything else in my life is stressing me out. I'm seeing a dr on Aug 27th no he's not the 1st one i dont take meds thats giving to me because they make me drowsy , nauseated and some tend to make U eat a lot. I just want peace in my life

Darknlovely, sometimes we need to reach out to medications to get that respite
and allow our mind/body to regenerate. All medications have some type of ill
effects, it's a matter of trial and error. For your own sanity, please think about
trying something your doctor gives you for a short time. Enough time for you to
find other methods that will work in reducing your being overwhelmed.
It's important to your health and immune system. That "peace in your life" unfortunately may include drowsiness for a while. But your body needs that
rest. It can't continue to run in high gear. You will get better, know that.
Right now it's about treating the stress. I'm here for you. xx

Generally these headaches will become less after about five weeks, give your medications time to work
If you are suffering Headaches, that can be caused by your Anxiety and Stress. I have been on my medication now for over ten years and will be on them for the rest of my Life. You also mention Physical Health Concerns, are you taking medications for these conditions ? Sometimes other medications contraindicate with what you are taking now, your GP may find the need to consider that as well.
If you are Stressed a course of CBT may help you approach your problems and learn how to control them.
Make a list what is going on, side effects and the dynamics of home and work
