I tried relaxing when I was feeling my anxiety before. That day I still felt it but when I went out I still felt it. So I just took some deep breaths and waited for it to go away. I felt very ill that day.

Anxiety can and will make us feel ill. Did taking deep breathes help with the anxety at all?

Most of the part. Sometimes I might have to take 7 then sometimes I have to take 10 of im still feeling anxious.
