I strongly dislike when I'm tense from anxiety and then the tension goes away and I feel like jelly. I dont know about anyone else but it just feels like the body is toooo relaxed all of a sudden. My husband told me that I stress out when my body is tense and then I stress out when I'm relaxed. Pick one.

I can’t relate, but I’m glad you’re able to find some temporary relief from the anxiety.
I hope you can find a balance.
I really don't like that sensation either, don't like the feelings of dozing off either, just before going to sleep. I do the whole jumping thing, like falling off a cliff sensation and the sudden electric shock buzz through my body and the sudden bang on my head like an internal bomb going off. Yep, not nice at all.
Right you get it! I hate the feeling of slipping away. I took an Aleve PM one night and I was trying to fight off sleep the whole night because it just seemed like it wanted to take me away!
I really do get it, it causes a real dread of going to bed. I have fought sleep just to avoid it all, but it wins through in the end. Silly really because I think sleep deprivation makes it worse!
Yes it’s the feeling of losing control, going into a coma or unconsciousness, even though I’ve never done that. I take Ambien but only a little bit so I know I still have control of myself, if I need to be alert I can be.
Yep, exactly!
