Stop drinking and have some water go to bed and plan to do something nice for yourself tomorrow a nice breakfast you enjoy and showing love to others by smiling kindness and compassion to yourself
Good advice. Write more in the morning. Alcohol will make you more depressed. See how you feel later and let us know.
