Should I try to get back on speaking terms?

Recently I was completely blocked by a person who I cared deeply about whom I was once dating however a week or so before they blocked me they wanted to drop the title of dating due to other truma in their life but still wanted to be just as close. Then they came out and accused me of weighing down the relationship with my issues and not allowing them to speak, and that I was not doing enough for them. Since then I've learned alot about myself and the situation and I think if I find a way to reach back out and attempt to talk to them again and say these things that they will atleast accept me as a friend on speaking terms.

Hey. I believe you realized, like you said, you learned a lot about yourself. I say reach out, because if you don't it'll bother you.

I just don't want to make things worse just by reaching out😓

You can't think too much. Let your true positive self reflect in your message or phone call, and keep no expectations. After you release your better self, it should give you peace knowing that you tried in a healthful manner.
