Hey y’all, hope everyone is doing okay. It’s close to midnight here in Houston and while I am doing okay at the moment, I can’t seem to fall asleep. I have my music playing, even a had a “drink” earlier. This is when my mind starts going a 100 mph. Anything you guys can recommend to help me fall asleep better?

Well, I sure do understand your dilemma. Music is wonderful but not for trying to fall asleep. At least not for me because a song will come on and then my mind starts thinking of how I relate to it. Don't have a TV or anything on, keep your cell phone far away from your bed or anything electronic. What I use for getting to sleep which was ok'd by the doc is Zzquil. Knocks me right out with no side effects. And try to turn your brain off the best you can. Let me know how your'e doing!!
I use meditation. Or choose soothing sounds. I love the ocean and the sound of the rain.
It took awhile for this to work. Now I can't settle my mind without it.
I've been up all night myself tonight.
