A Healthy Experiment.

For the past two weeks I have been on diet program. Eat only healthy food on specific times as it's written in the program. I also were exercising a little bit and moving more often. That actually helped a lot, I'm now more active and focused, I'm not desperate and sad as before. Now I'm focussed on what will I do in my future. I no longer have grudge towards my brothers; because I have understood that they are as tired as we are because of our dad. I'm more peaceful now, hope everyone get his time organized. It really helps when organizing your time and life.
