You are so welcome footgo 😊. It’s so important to listen to our own intuition first. 🥰

Hello Ladybird111

Reading your life story, l hear myself in some parts, perhaps spending too much time trying to please others.

Loving myself seemed too foreign to understand for most of my life. I was self- employed, so clients had to come first which did not help my situation.

Since not being able to work through many forms of arthritis and many operations l

have given myself more time to think about my inner being. It does definitely help me to understand my life.

Take care of yourself, best wishes, Tim

Thank you so much Tim. That’s very kind of you.

I’ve learned that it’s so important to share our story honestly and wholeheartedly. That’s how we can establish a connection with others. Through our story someone else might feel less alone.

I‘m so sore to hear about your health problems. By the way, what comes to mind is a book called Heal your life by Louise Hay. Have you ever heard of it? Might be worth checking it out 😉!

It’s important to give ourselves time to heal. I am currently working on that as well. Working on ourselves is actually the most challenging part of healing but once we get this right, we are transformed any many ways. 😊

Wishing you all the very best Tim!

Good morning Ladybird111

Thank you for your kind words.

Self healing is a slow process but definitely reaps long lasting awards, far better for your mind and body. Sometimes we need to use these toxic medications to heal our bodies, unfortunately, l have found that they come at a terrible cost. My body is proof of this. I once said to a senior nurse at my local hospital that l was concerned about this particular medication that I had been prescribed and she just said “well you are still alive”, true l thought, at the same time I so wished that these prescribed medications did not have such terrible side effects.

Thank you for your reading suggestion of the book Heal Your Life, l will definitely look into it. I have not heard of this book before.

I would like to wish you a wonderful day ahead, take care of yourself, Tim.

PS. Be at peace with yourself.
