Living in Florida with the high Covid numbers and it being hurricane season is enough to make anyone anxious. I’m right there with you.

The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook by Edmund Bourne really helps me when my anxiety comes up, especially the chapter "Coping with Panic Attacks." When I'm depressed I often look at Matt Haig's book "Reasons to Stay Alive." I found it comforting and hopeful. And, as always, my mantra: This too shall pass!

The Covid-19 scare is very mentally taxing. Adding the uncertainty of the future and the violent protests has sort of whacked us all. Keep your eyes on God he is still in control and this is a step into a deeper wickedness in our Nation.
