Can I get over this feeling

I feel little scared when I wake up lately and my heart beats so fast and this thing happen to me after the pandemic do u think it wll go way when I start to go out

It is anxiety I have it most days. We are living through one of the most difficult times now. I feel like there is nothing to look forward to. I use a spray to minimize the effects.

I don't have any interest to do what I wanna do like to eat and to shower do you think we wll get over it after this pandemic
