Anyone on Paxil?

My doc switched me back up to 30 mg two days ago and I feel like crap. I started off at 20 without troubles. Either the side effects will leave eventually or its not right for me and I guess only time will tell. Is anyone else on Paxil? What has it done for you?

I was on Paxil years ago and dont recall. Sorry I'm not any help. Good luck, I hope it straightens out.

Thanks for asking. I am o k . Just trying to deal with a bit more anxiety lately. It comes and goes. Will your kids be able to return to school in the fall?

I hear ya. It’s hard not to have extra anxiety these days. We will be doing online school in the Fall. About half of the kids are going back and half are staying home.

Paxil was my first ever antidepressant. Although it's been 15+ years, I do remember it having made me tired to the point of not being able to do much.

You're welcome. I was taken off of it pretty quickly because of that side effect. I was still living at home at the time. My mom kept getting on my about falling asleep, only to apologize to me later when she had her turn on Paxil. I wish you luck.

I figure the side effects will go away and when I started on 20 mg starting dose I felt so much better,... so I feel like I don’t want to give up on it just yet. Thanks for telling me how it affected you and mom.
