Good day hopefully?

Since lockdown began I have not gone out much due to being too anxious. Well today I went for a walk on my own. The third time since march but the other times my hubby came with me. I'm hoping this is the start of a good day for me and that nothing will bring me down later.

Good for you to be out and about solo. Positive thoughts heading your way to make this one of better days for you.

I hope so, too. Something about the outdoors just lightens one’s spirits a bit. I go two or three days at a time indoors, but my 10-year-old is a mess if she isn’t out nearly every day. She’s our canary in a coal mine, reminding us to get some fresh air.
