I think I'm going crazy RN hard feel like I can't breath and just want to throw up I'm stressed super I thing I'm panicking RN n I have a extremely tight headache help me 😔i wanna die 😓

I had to drive myself to the hospital I think it was stress mixed with anxiety mixed with depression and I suffer from TMJ so my head was squeezing me really tight and I couldn't think so I was going crazy also I was going through s*** with my boyfriend so I started stressing so much to the point where my head was squeezing me really really bad
