Sertraline advice

Week 21 of 125 sertraline been having 5 out of 7 good days. Last couple of days waking around 5 am. Keep feeling really hot, headaches, head pressure and waves of anxiety with low moods also pains in left arm and stomach pains really don’t want to up any more

hello hun i was sertaline i had to come them as i hsd pain in my chest and justbthoiught it was traped wind but got so bad went hospital on wenedsay and it can give yiou indestion as well i was on the 50 mg and my heart rate was right it was to high they did ecg my heart was ok just putindown to a psnick ttack if yonfeel like that ring 111 or go hospital mine was a dull ache in my chest hope that will help

Its time to check back in with your doctor. You have to weigh up the benefits v side effects of the meds and or the dose. Your doctor has more than one drug to prescribe that could work better for you. Hopefully you will get the better outcome soon.

I agree with Black Cat, some drugs work for me, others do not, you should talk to your Dr. no need to suffer, you need help, I was on sertaline for 10 years and it was great, unfortunately I built up a tolerance to it and went onto Zoloft, it too was great for 10 years, same thing happened, then I went on other drugs, and it was difficult, I am now on Cymbalta it and I get along well, no side affects. So speak up for yourself, we have an illness and need care and support. I have a wonderful therapist who has helped me understand my illness and is there for me, gives me support, encouragement and love, before the virus, big hugs!!!
