I didn’t sleep at all last night anxious I feel asleep and I woke up after like a hour or couple minutes maybe I got up and felt so dizzy and stuff was blurry and it felt I was literally going to pass out of about to leave my body my heart was pounding so hard I can’t shake this feeling I just wanna cry i, so scared I just hurried and went to my bed my head felt cloudy also literally felt like my body was shutting down like I’m high

This is similar to how I was feeling last night! My anxiety attack felt never ending and it was hard to breathe and I didn’t fall asleep until 3AM. I was able to calm myself down a little with breathing in for 7 seconds and breathing out for 8 seconds, and turned on some YouTube videos to distract my mind.
I calmed down now I think it was just and extreme panick attack I can’t stop crying
I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this. I’m glad that you have calmed down! Just remember that it doesn’t last forever and I know the crying can get bad but also remember crying is the body’s natural way of getting rid of the hormones that cause you to feel that way. Like a natural pain killer! I hope your cloudy days clear up and you feel better!
