I had bad mental health last 20 years and suffered a lot and was on cycatric medications but lost

my job, family, complete failure.

Do you have 1 person (even a therapist) who can help you focus on something positive?

Have these mental problems hurt people?

Are you taking responsibility for that part?

Can you work with a Therapist to help you change and grow?

ya , got ,my right leg operated twice , but suffering last 20 years , peak years are gone , need guidance how to overcome all past and go for a bright future , be happy and peaceful , but counselling is also very expensive , can anybody guide me out of all shits
