Anxious my left ear is plugged

Any ideas on how to unplug my ear, it's causing me more anxiety

I've tried allergy medicine for 2 nights

I've tried drops

I've tried warm water

I've tried a heated wash cloth

I'm trying to avoid going to the doctor because I don't believe I'm ill

Any help is really appreciated!
