Old newbie

Hi everyone, I may be old, but I am new to this and a bit scared.

Welcome to the site. I have been diagnosed with a Major Depression and Anxiety Disorder and PTSD. I understand your pain and struggles. I can’t manage my disease with professional help and medications. Now this does not work for everyone and I am not suggesting that it’s the answer for you. I’m merely sharing my own experience strength and hope. Which you will find is the benefit of this forum. We share what we relate to and help each other. You are not alone.

I’m up there in years as well and that brings more problems with it.
