I still panicking about my stomach it's been great for about 2 weeks yesterday it startedxagain going really hard and further round and I keep thinking I need to go to the toilet is this still acid reflux and anxiety or something more serious it's making me panic more today not sure if it's the sertraline tablets as well I'm on my second week of them

Stomach pain indicates a serious problem. Acid reflux does not usually cause severe stomach pain, I have had it for years. Are you able to see a doc? I have also been on Sertraline. No, neither of these causes what you are describing. Could you have Diverticulitis? My husband had severe stomach pain and got hospitalized for a week. Almost cost him his life. I am not trying to scare you, if you get to a doc soon, you will be OK.
