I have been on 10 mg of Lexapro once a day and 10 mg of Buspar 2-3 times a day for a few weeks now. I've been taking the Buspar twice daily 8-10 hours apart. I'm liking it so far but it seems to wear off sometimes quickly and I would like to start taking it three times daily. Would it be safe to take the three doses 6 hours apart?

I take my three doses in the morning, between 12:00-2, and at night before I go to bed.
Yes. The half life is 2-3 hours and is excreted in the urine.
