I use this little mantra to prod me forward through my work day “Be where you are. Do what you can, with what you have.”
I have also sought mentor ship from co-workers for help in areas that I need clarity or more help in. That can go a long way if I keep making mistakes in the same areas.
For days when my nerves are really high I lean into some herbal support-lavender, kava kava, and gotu kola are just a few of my faves that I find provide pretty immediate relief for me and help me stay focused on the task at hand instead of worrying.
If I mess up or get flustered while at work, I find myself more productive if I take a little breather—stretch, shake it out, tap it out, eat a little something, drink some ice water, listen to a song I enjoy, etc before jumping back in.
