It’s only 7 am & im already feeling alittle anxious. I think about things to come in the future and become worried. I don’t have solid plans as

To solve these problems. I remind myself one day at a time.

That’s good bud. What helps me when I get anxious is making lists and diagrams, so I think they can be useful for you. I know you might feel stressed with the lockdown and all this stuff coming all together, but try to focus. Lay in your bed and think everything that worries you and what you can do to solve it. And remember everything has a solution! ✨

Hi that's good, I like to try replace negative thoughts with a positive, It hard to meditate and make mind go blank so I deep breath and a Buddhist sound aouumn it's very hypnotic sound I find it hard though to be constant with meditation I need to try harder

Hi if you deep breath and say aloud a Buddhist mantra aoummn it will stop the constant thoughts and it has a very almost hypnotic and soothing effect you can buy c d with meditation suggestions to listen to you need to foccus on deep breathing slowly and the breath and let it out to a big aoumn sound hope this helps

Thank you for the responses. Never thought of all the things that bother me, looking for the positive.

I’m there with ya. Nighttime usually leaves me in tears. Impossible for me to explain why.
