The only way I can live a normal happy life is by taking antidepressants and anxiety meds. Otherwise, I would be walking around every day miserable. If I have to take meds for the rest of my life, so be it! I can't go back to that dark hole, called depression, that is not living!
Hi there, welcome Calico! =) Hope you find hope and peace and wisdom here! Some things that do help a lot with anxiety are taking magnesium every evening and ginseng is great too! Mag. calms the mind body and spirit and ginseng gets rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Also, getting out is sun gives us the vit. D that lifts our spirits. 30 min per day without sunscreen is amt recommended. Hope these help you too! <3
