Hi. It’s been a while I have been in here. I can say I have been doing great. I got over my depression and anxiety. Life has been good to me.

I started doing things I liked and with each day my depression and anxiety went away

I took up things I love doing. Waking up to do those things. Eat well, exercise properly. And believe me ur depression and anxiety will go away

Hi Emmanuella234. It is lovely to hear from someone who seems to manage the tedium of depression etc. I have lived with this for 40 plus years .
