Your emotions can be felt in your body so if you feel blah your body is the same. The smallest thing you can do is imagine being in some favourite place and walking through the place e.g. I love long walks in country and include listening to birds, climbing logs or over rocks, opening gates and arriving to make a fire. It's a nice distraction. If you can make it your go to place, this becomes your safety net on the darkest days. If you are not shut in due to C-19 virus, some physical activity helps you feel better. Plan B is some inside activity like stretching, weights or yoga. All the best
i skip and walk every day but it doesn't help much. i'll definitely try your image thing. thanks for the feedback. its good to know i'm not alone.
Do you have any reasons why you feel the way you do, life at this time is very concerning and if we cannot relate to the situation we find our-selves in we need to consider our need and expectations, however it is always better to live for the day and let tomorrow look after itself.
Consider your thoughts and positive expectations, move on and plan out and away to reach your future

Hi. I'm so sorry you are in a bad place. I've gotten to the pointnof 100% hating myself before and it was an awful place to be in!
I like borderreiver's question. Please think about it and get back to us. I will respond more once you answer.
i have been struggling with depression and anxiety for last 7 years and since last year i started getting conscious of my body and my face, everything became a hating point. i don't know what triggered it, i guess stress from last so many years must have caused it. and now i'm at a point where i don't like anything about myself. i avoid seeing mirror even. i just need some peace.
