Hi all I’m new here but I am at the minute trying to lose weight too. I have lots of health problems and I guess sometimes I feel one problem mingles in to another one. It’s like I want to do exercises but the pain in some of my conditions stop me, then going out I can’t I’m to scared and with the virus out there too. It’s so hard it really is. Sorry for the rant.

Hi well you can always just go outside your neighborhood with your mask on and go for a walk and just look at the beautiful nature and pray and thank god that you have woken up to love another day. Of course exercise is great but the main thing that is going to have full affect is your diet so make sure you’re eating a lot of veggies and clean food like salmon fish chicken rice potatoes and lots of water. We can get through this together I believe in you ♥️
Sorry I should have said I’m not allowed to go out with the virus as I’m isolating. But it’s the thought of when I can I no it’s going to be harder than before the virus was here. I’ve joined the weight lose group and it’s been 8 days now and I have lose 11lb. So very happy on that

I have lots of vegetables, egg, cheese, I’ve looked up on what types of food you can eat, I’m just learning on my way. I’ve lost 2 stone 5lbs now my weigh in is on Monday. Are you following a eating plan💐
I did low carb last year as was told pre diabetic, and lost 22lb, however since lockdown, wirking non stop for nhs, and loss of my 2 best friends i have lost my way and put a good stone back on. However im now determined to give my self a goid kick start. You have done amazing. Any advice greatly recieved.

I’ve been one of the people shielding and it’s so scary.
For me I’ve always been overweight and as old as I am 56 I’ve never been on a eating plan that I love and that I stick to, but this one I have.
My main thing is I’m sticking to what I have read being on here picking up little tips. Always have food ready in the freezer if you can. My hubby has been amazing he really has, he is my career and has supported me 100%.

No worries, well you can always so stationary exercises like jumping jacks and squats🙂 you can do 4 sets of 20 repetitions.

Been having a lot of health issues as well. One issue just goes to another. I extinguish one and then another comes out. Just feel my health is going down hill. Been trying so many things to make things permanently better. No success yet.
