I have been reading a book written by Portia Nelson, " There's a hole in my sidewalk." It is short poems about inner self awareness. Amazing book, I recommend it highly ! I thought I would share a short poem from it. It inspired me tremendously, hope it does you too....
"I use to suffer a great deal , thinking I was the only one in the world so lonely and troubled. Then, I opened the door to myself, and discovered there were millions of people just like me... It's isn't so lonely anymore..... but it's miserable to be so ordinary...."

I still can't stop thinking about what it had to say within
a few short sentences. I am going to put in on my desk next
to "Dancing in the Rain" (Gratitude Book).

Nice poem
Finding books like this are a great help in taking away all feelings of Anxiety and depression. I can spend many an hour reading my books, they divert my thoughts and move on to a better day or evening. Keep reading and enjoy
