I have never been on something like this but with everything that's going round my head plus a substance misuse I'm pretty messed up. Anyone else feel like it's just too much to cope with.

I have days where I don't think I care to continue on, and then I will wake up and say, "the devil is not going to beat me". Is it easy? Oh hell no. But I have to fight. There is someone out there that may need to hear my story. We all have one and we never know how our stories can save someone else. That makes it all worth it.
