Telephone group therapy?

Hi. I'm very depressed. Broken. I want to build myself and heal. I was wondering if anyone knows of any therapy groups/support groups that are via telephone/conference call? Thank you, stay safe.

I've attended two on the supportgroupscentral site. One had a theme of "getting things done while depressed" it was 1/2 lecture 1/2 support group-- I liked it.

The 2nd was for people with depression and bipolar. It was not so great but Im going to try it again with a different leader.

Both classes ask for a small donation or some sessions may have a "free" option.

I look at them like positive baby steps.
