Hi I don’t know if I’m writing this in the right place. I started on venlafaxine 37.5mg twice a day for 2 weeks. My GP then changed it 75mg slow release once a day. I’ve been ok, some headaches and ear ache but my moods have lifted and I have more energy and sleeping better. But my question is has anyone experienced menstruation problems while on this? I normally have really heavy periods that last 7days but this month I have had all the symptoms of my monthly but no bleed.

I have had the same issue. I have been on this medication now since October last year and my periods have all but stopped now. I haven’t had a period for several months.
