Was getting bad head pains but not a headache so I tried taking solpadeine Max worked well but now having issues in leaving alone Iv notice Lately been taking for no reason and taking more then the recommend dose and can't stop any ideas on stopping them

That may be why. We all look for something that makes us feel a little better. You may feel as if your emotions are not as distressing when you take them. Is that the case?

I have an “addictive personality.” At one time in my life, I let my anxiety medications get the best of me. I started noticing my thinking like “eh, one more wont hurt.” And it continued to get out of hand.

I only get so much for the month. And when worse came to worse, I had none left when I really needed them. After that, I learned my lesson.

It takes different things for us to reach that point though. You can ask the doctors office to hold them for you. And when you feel pain, go to the office and get one.

Yep it dose I'm going though 2 box's a week Iv tried afew thing to break away from it but but end up taking them was hoping to find away off b4 contact doc but thank you on reply

If you want to just stop them, there’s always the option to open them all up, and throw them away in your dumpster. Or flush them. But if you still need them, I would recommend taking them to a trusted family member, or the doctor. Hope things work out! Keep us updated

Contact your doctor about tapering off them. Have him help you come up with a plan to taper plan and possibly give you an alternative med for pain should you still need it.

Think I going to have to as weaning of them is not good as I want off them but need pain relief for head and these was the only thing that worked
