When we have anxiety , the brain can not tell the difference if it’s real or not what’s happening to us. So when it does imagine 10-15 mins what will you be doing from now. Whether that’s eating dinner, cooking, watching Tv,on social media(Pinterest,Instagram,etc..) or cleaning, brushing your teeth, drinking tea/coffee,etc..And the anxiety loses its power and you calm down..I heard that from a podcast. Hope that technique helps!

I was in a similar position to you at the beginning of the year and found for me it was just a matter of allowing time for the meds to work , 2 months or so. Try and remember you will get better and try meditating / relaxing music. You will get through this.

We all go thru this anxiety and depression thing. Somedays its worse then others. Try to, remember good days I know it's hard. It's a real struggle

This too shall pass. Like I experienced this feeling before and it went away so this one will too?
